The purpose of this article is to show W-MSSE as an area of economic and business with the task, among others, stimulate production and services in the region of Warmia-Mazury through the establishment of modern industrial centers. The region tend to increase entrepreneurship, while also seeking solutions to help investors. The special economic zone for innovative ideas and new capital is so great spaceport. Board of Warmia and Mazury steered his steps towards the rapid development of the region and mutual support areas of life, which is why the zones are required to interact to other areas, not just the economy.
