Certainly, virtualization of systems, or even of entire infrastructure, is an important
issue for modern business. Benefits of this technology have been discussed many times,
but there are few studies focusing on advantages of its usage. This article aims to present the importance of Return On Investments (ROI) and how it can be used for the transition from physical to virtual environment.
