Summary
This paper discusses methods for increasing the availability and efficiency of information infrastructure in smart cities. Two criteria have been formulated to assign some key resources in smart city system. The process of finding some compromise solutions from Pareto-optimal solutions has been illustrated. Metaheuristics of collective intelligence, including particle swarm optimization PSO, ant colony optimization ACO, algorithm of bee colony ABC, and differential evolution DE have been described due to smart city infrastructure improving. Other application of above metaheuristics in smart city have been also presented.
